Revealed by Guru Nanak Sahib, Sidh Gosti details his encounters with the sidhs, the masters of Yog, and the ensuing dialogue that took place between them regarding Yog, its outlook, and Sikhi’s take on it. Amidst ignorance regarding compatibility of Yog with Sikhi, and whether it is just an exercise or a distinct spiritual system, Sidh Gosti presents a definitive Sikh view of Yog through discussion on a wide array of themes like purpose of life, religion, Yog, Guru-Sikh, gurmukh, manmukh, sabad etc. With this dialogue, Sidh Gosti serves to settle the debate on Yog for the Sikhs, once and for all.
