Vahiguru ji ka Khalsa, Vahiguru ji ki Fatih!
Delving into the essence of "pure," it becomes evident that we, as humans, often playfully skirt around its profound meaning. The significance of purity unfolds, casting a revealing light on society's earnest pursuit of this coveted label. Purity, a term draped in allure, promises distinct happiness and joy. However, this global perspective predominantly perceives purity through the lens of externality.
Now, let's step into the wisdom of Guru Amardas Sahib, found in the seventeenth stanza of Anand Sahib:
Those beings became pure who meditated on Hari, the All-Pervasive, the 1-Light.
Those who meditated on Hari became pure; those who meditated through the Wisdom-Guru.
Mother and father became pure, and, along with the family, their entire company became pure.
Reciters became pure; listeners became pure; they became pure, who enshrined Hari in the mind.
Nanak states: They became pure who meditated on Hari, the Nam of Hari, through the Wisdom-Guru.
We pause.
We reflect.
Who are these "beings"?
They are individuals submerged in the ceaseless remembrance of the 1-Light, guided by the Wisdom-Guru, and embracing Sabad, the Infinite Wisdom.
Purification is a journey of constant contemplation and unwavering remembrance of the 1-Light. This wisdom-centered path leads to transformative purity that extends beyond the self, creating ripples that touch familial relationships and companions. It's not a confined purity but a far-reaching influence that shapes every facet of their lives. Rooted in wisdom-centeredness and guided by the Wisdom-Guru, their connection with the 1-Light resonates in every action, thought, and word. It's an evolution of purity that elevates not only them but also their relationships and the very aura of their surroundings.
This purity isn't confined to the external; it's an internal cleansing process. While the external world often defines purity based on physicality, the Wisdom-Guru reveals it as a profound, internal purification. True purity transcends the bodily state, emphasizing the elevation of the mind. Despite external influences, the mind has retained its intrinsic purity since its inception.

May the Wisdom-Guru be with us!
