Bhavraj Singh currently works at the University of British Columbia and is part of a team that is spearheading the largest change that the University has seen in the way goods and services are acquired and paid for ($1B procurement budget).

His areas of expertise include sales, marketing, supply chain management, procurement and operations management.  Bhavraj has experience in leading high functioning teams and has held a wide variety of positions with start-ups and large multi-national organizations.  Previously, he has worked as a Sr. Manager at one of the fastest growing point of sale system companies in North America (Vivonet Acquisitions Ltd. now acquired by Infor).

Bhavraj earned his BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University in 2006. He is one of the co-founders of Guru Nanak’s Free Kitchen (founded in 2007) – an organization dedicated to serving warm meals to the homeless in Vancouver on a weekly basis and also serves on the board at Moving Forward Family Services which offers free (or subsidized) counseling services to the local community in the Greater Vancouver Area.
