Bhavraj Singh Ghtaura is a seasoned professional with expertise in Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Management.
Currently, he serves as the Director of Operations and Business Applications at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, overseeing transformative procurement changes with a $1 billion budget. His broad skill set encompasses sales, marketing, supply chain, procurement, and operations management. Bhavraj has excelled in leadership roles within startups and large multinational organizations, including his prior position as a Senior Manager at Vivonet Acquisitions Ltd., a fast-growing point-of-sale system company in North America.
He earned a BA in Economics from Simon Fraser University. He co-founded Guru Nanak’s Free Kitchen, a nonprofit serving meals to people experiencing homelessness in Vancouver. Furthermore, Bhavraj is an active contributor to the board of Moving Forward Family Services, providing counseling services to the Greater Vancouver Area community.
