Harjeet Kaur Virdi is the Product Line Lead for Development IT at Merck Animal Health, overseeing Clinical IT, Pharmacovigilance IT, and Regulatory IT portfolios while driving innovation, compliance, and business continuity. With over two decades at Merck, she has held progressive roles in IT and champions Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the workplace.
Harjeet is also active in talent recruitment and employee engagement and has held global leadership roles at Merck. She serves on the Sikh Research Institute’s advisory council and chairs the Monroe Township Human Relations Commission. Harjeet holds degrees from Delhi University and Drexel University, with certifications in Women’s Leadership from Cornell and Leadership Pathways from Oxford.
Outside of work, she enjoys biking, travel, and motorcycling.
