Harman possesses an in-depth understanding of all technical accounting and financial reporting matters applicable to not-for-profit organizations. As a senior partner, she holds several National and Regional roles within Deloitte, notably serving as the Assurance National Learning and Development partner responsible for delivering global and national learning programs.

With extensive experience as the external auditor for various not-for-profit clients, Harman has gained a profound understanding of the unique nature of not-for-profit organizations. These entities are community-oriented, with a public profile, a robust governance structure, and broad accountability to donors.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Harman has served as a Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS) Calgary board member and actively volunteers with numerous other organizations. Her commitment to community involvement underscores her dedication to making a positive impact beyond her professional endeavors.
