Before joining EY in 2024, Puneet served as Head of Deposits, Lending, & Advice Strategy at Laurentian Bank, where she led strategic initiatives for personal banking and wealth management while representing the bank on key industry forums. She also served as President & CEO of LBC Financial Services Inc., overseeing the investments and mutual funds business.

During her 13-year career at Scotiabank and Tangerine, Puneet held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Payments and Lending, Regulatory Initiatives, Customer Experience, and Multicultural Banking. She led major growth initiatives, transformational programs, and customer experience improvements, delivering strong financial results while expanding market reach.
