Vahiguru ji ka Khalsa, Vahiguru ji ki Fatih!
Guru Teghbahadar Sahib, in the fifty-fourth stanza of Salok Mahala 9, says, when through Grace, spiritual strength is received, all bondages of material attachment are removed. Then, all efforts become fruitful, and everything becomes possible. Everything is under the command of IkOankar; IkOankar alone is the support of everyone.
Grace is always present.
How do we feel the Grace?
When we enter the sanctuary of IkOankar, 1Force, we feel the Grace. Nurtured and nourished, we receive spiritual strength. This strength frees us from the cage of material attachments. Freed, we soar. Entanglements dissipate, and the impossible becomes possible.
Realization dawns:
Everything is in Command of 1Force.
1Force is the support of all.
May we yearn to enter the sanctuary of 1Force.
May the Wisdom-Guru guide us!
Jasleen Kaur talks about how death is a thing we all must do. But we are deeply afraid of it.
The Sabad begins with a clear reminder: no one is your ultimate support except the Divine, the One. Relationships we hold dear—our parents, children, spouses, and siblings—are fleeting.
With Guru Tegbahadar Sahib’s ideology and martyrdom, an entirely new set of discourse appears at the forefront of the Sikh philosophical thought that needs to be read as a turning point in the history of the Indian subcontinent altogether.
