Harinder Singh explains that the diaspora's role is one of support—whether through financial aid, emotional backing, or amplifying narratives. As narratives are suppressed in Panjab, the diaspora can raise them louder abroad. Despite past stigmatization, discussions on 1984 and Khalistan are now openly part of Panjab's political dialogue, while disinformation remains a tool of suppression.
