In this three-part session, we will explore Seva through the Gurmat Framework, diving into its essence as revealed in Bani, Sikh history, and its role in our personal and Panthic lives today.

‘Seva’ is one of the most frequently invoked words in discussions about Sikhi, but what does it truly mean? What does it mean to serve, and how does Seva transform us?

In this three-part session, we will explore Seva through the Gurmat Framework, diving into its essence as revealed in Bani, Sikh history, and its role in our personal and Panthic lives today.

Through reflection and discussion, we will examine:
• How Seva is invoked in Bani and its connection to Divine love.
• The lived reality of Seva in Sikh history, from the Gurus to the present day.
• How we can embody Seva in our personal lives and as part of the larger Panth.
