In the uplifting melody of Dhanasari, a rag that radiates happiness, Bhagat Pipa Ji's Sabad unfolds as a celebration of the divine essence residing within the very fabric of the human form. Dhanasari, originating from northern India and celebrated in classical music, provides the perfect tonal landscape for exploring the joyous spirituality in the verses.

The Sabad begins with a profound declaration— the body itself is a manifestation of the divine, a temple, and a wandering pilgrim. This poetic imagery invites reflection on the sacred nature of the physical form, transforming it into a vessel for spiritual exploration and worship. The verses suggest that offerings of incense, lamps, eatables, and petals can be made within the body, turning living into a divine ritual.

Pipa Ji's contemplation then delves into discovering treasures within the body through a spiritual quest. The Charmer-Divine invokes a transformative stillness where nothing comes and goes—a state of divine equilibrium. This moment of reflection invites the listener to explore the inner realms and discover the treasures within by invoking the divine presence.

The Sabad concludes with a powerful assertion that the One present in the entire universe is also within the body. The call to search within oneself echoes the timeless spiritual truth that the seeker who looks inward will find the divine essence. Bhagat Pipa Ji's offering encapsulates this revelation, declaring the Supreme the Essence, a truth unveiled by the Eternal-Guru.

Body itself is god; body itself is temple,
Body itself is the wandering pilgrim.

Body is where to offer incense, lamps, and eatables,
Body is where to worship with petals.  1. 

Searched numerous realms,
obtained nine treasures in the body.
Since I invoked Charmer-Divine,
nothing comes, nothing goes.  1.  Reflect.

The One in the universe is in the body,
the one who searches, finds.
Pipa offers: Supreme is the Essence,
revealed by the Eternal-Guru. 2.
