This is a recording of a lecture Harinder Singh presented at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP in London on 20th March 2012. The overview of this presentation is as follows: The contemporary political, social and economic realities have renewed discussions on the need for effective leadership to empower individuals, local communities, corporations and other collectives. In this presentation, Harinder Singh explores the principals of leadership from the Sikh scriptural canon, Guru Granth Sahib, and as exemplified by the 10 Guru-Prophets within their own lives. Singh uncovers the model that empowered millions in South Asia to become masters of their own destinies and discusses the qualities individuals should look to cultivate within them, to empower themselves and those around them. Singh concludes with a discussion of their applicability in the current corporate, political and social spheres.
