In this third lesson, you are invited to reflect on what you listen to, what you think about, and how these things shape your mind. You learn how your senses, especially listening, can influence your desires and attachments.

In this third lesson, you are invited to reflect on what you listen to, what you think about, and how these things shape your mind. You learn how your senses, especially listening, can influence your desires and attachments.

Guru Teghbahadar Sahib Ji reminds us that it’s normal to enjoy things like toys, cars, jewelry, or even the love we have for our family, but becoming too attached to anything outside us can make it harder to understand who we truly are.

You are encouraged to think about your own purpose in life and how each breath can help you move toward it. Through Guru Sahib’s first Sabad in Rag Jaijavanti, this lesson gently guides you toward deeper awareness, helping you understand how to stay connected to your inner self while living with intention and clarity.
