In this fourth lesson, we continue exploring Guru Teghbahadar Sahib Ji’s second Sabad  in Rag Jaijavanti. Guru Sahib uses the word “Ram” again, reminding you that it refers not to any specific person but to the Divine presence within everyone.

You learn how every line of the sabad encourages you to look inward, understand yourself more deeply, and stay connected to the One who lives inside you.

Guru Sahib guides you to pay attention to your daily actions and the moments that pass by so quickly. You are reminded not to let your days slip away without remembering Vahiguru or reflecting on your purpose. By slowing down, reading the sabad carefully, and understanding it more and more, you can strengthen your connection with the Divine and with your own inner self.
