Our minds often get busy chasing toys, grades, likes, and praise. But in the midst of all this noise, there is a quiet call from the One—Vahiguru, the Light present in all things.

Guru Sahib reminds us that when we get caught up in Maya—the illusions and temporary distractions of the world—we forget Simran, the remembrance of the One. It’s like living in a dream that feels real, but when we wake up, it’s gone.

Guruji says: “This whole world is like a dream—so why forget the One who holds it all?”

This episode gently helps us understand that we’re not being asked to stop living. We’re being invited to live more awake—more aware, more grateful, more kind—with remembrance in our hearts.

That’s the wisdom of this Sabad. That’s the gift of the Guru.
