In this sixth lesson, we explore the fourth sabad in Rag Jaijavanti by Guru Teghbahadar Sahib Ji. Guru Sahib reminds us that our lives are constantly passing, moment by moment, and encourages us to reflect on how we're using our time.

“Take the qualities of Vahiguru, identify with Vahiguru in your heart; that is what a purposeful life will be.”

We are invited to reflect on whether we are living with awareness or letting our days slip by without purpose. The sabad teaches us that everything outside of us will eventually fade, but the qualities we cultivate within ourselves are what truly matter.
