Love with my Beloved developed.  Reflect.

Master-Illusionist tightly secured it such:
Breaking it, cannot be broken,
Releasing it, cannot be released.  1.

Day and night,
You abide within mind,
O! Divine, bestow Your Grace.  2.

I surrender and surrender
To the Dark-complexed Beautiful
Whose story I heard is an indescribable narrative.  3.

Says servant Nanak,
Votary of Your votaries,
O! Ruler, bestow Your Grace. 4.

Sabad is Infinite; we are very finite. This is our understanding at the moment, which was different yesterday and may evolve tomorrow, as we deepen our relationship with the Sabad. In this trans-creation, we have chosen to keep the repeating words in the Sabad same. We aspire to learn and retain the Divine attribute as used in the original Sabad and avoid terms like God or Lord.
