Sukhmann Kaur
Sukhmann Kaur graduated from the University of Washington with a MA in International Studies: South Asia and a graduate certificate in Feminist Studies. She also holds a BA in History with a Minor in Ethnic Studies from Central Washington University.

Sukhman Dhami is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Ensaaf. This human rights organization works to end impunity and achieve justice for crimes against humanity in India, focusing on Panjab.

Resignation of CEO - 14th December 2015
The Sikh Research Institute (SikhRI) Board of Directors announced that founder and CEO Harinder Singh has tendered his resignation as CEO effective January 1, 2016. The Board of Directors has appointed current Chair of the Board, Inni Kaur, to serve as interim CEO.
